Steve Wohl

Steve Wohl has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1996 and brings a variety of experience related to site acquisition, leasing, zoning/permitting, development project management and sales/marketing. Steve received a Masters Degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Organization and Management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2005.

Prior to co-founding Village Realty Group, Steve served as Development Manager for Atlantic Realty Partners, Inc. (ARP), an Atlanta-based multifamily residential and mixed-use developer with operations in the Southeast and Midwest. Steve was responsible for overseeing the successful development of over $100 million in mixed use, apartment and condominium projects for the firm. Specifically, Steve managed the day-to-day project functions for the development of over 125 condominiums and town homes, more than 500 apartment units, 70,000 square feet of retail space and 40+ acres of land development across various multi-family and mixed-use projects located in the Atlanta metro area.

Prior to joining ARP, Steve worked for more than 9 years in real estate development consulting, site acquisition/zoning/public affairs and asset management roles related to wireless telecommunications facilities and networks.

Steve is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Atlanta District Council of Urban Land Institute's Regional Leadership Development Program and is a licensed real estate salesperson by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. He also is a member of the real estate sub-committee of the American Israeli Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast, the Commercial Real Estate Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. Additionally he serves as a Vice-Chair and on the Steering Committee of the Atlanta chapter of ACCESS, the young professionals division of the American Jewish Committee and volunteers as a big "PAL" in the Jewish Family and Career Services "PAL" Program.
