Johns Creek Walk (Johns Creek, Georgia)*
Development Project Management and Sale/Marketing Management of a multi-phase, 26-acre, mixed-use development consisting of 210 Class A apartment homes, 44 single-family townhomes, 17 single-family detached homes and 50,000 square feet of neighborhood retail space. Total project value: $80 million. Completed in Spring 2008.

Georgetown at Perimeter Walk (Dunwoody, Georgia)*
Development Project Management and Sale/Marketing Management of a 5-acre mixed-use development consisting 88 townhouse style condominium homes and a parcel entitled for a limited service hotel. Total project value: $30 million. Completed in Fall 2007.

LaVista Walk (Atlanta, Georgia)*
Development Project Management and Sale/Marketing Management of a 10-acre mixed-use development consisting of 28 townhouse style condominium homes, 283 unit luxury apartment community with a 550 space structured parking deck and 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.  Total project value: $60 million. Completed in Fall 2008.
